Went out today with Ewan and Dya. Caught up with each other and some empty talk at The Garden's Starbucks. Not my cup of tea if you ask me coz the coffees there are freakin' expensive they burn a freakin' hole in my pocket. And they're not even yummy. But Ewan and I gave in to Dya, Miss Caffeine Addict.

Dya had been telling us that she has started to listen to Cher's songs. I asked her who Cher is. She said oh you know that woman who sang 'do you believe in love after love?'. I said aw yeah… Cher. I know that freaking song. It first came out when I was a freaking seven-year-old. Oh gawd Dya! She's been freaking around in the music industry since freaking 1965! Why would you freaking want to listen to her? She said, there's nothing freaking wrong with that Mas, and if you please, take out all that "freaking" word out of your freaking speech.

I freaking said ok.

Then Benny and The Jets started playing. I think it was the Beastie Boys' version. The three of us… apa lagik… we started to shake our body and sing along. Not that loud to attract people's attention lah. But an old couple who sat two tables away from us continue to freakin stare at us. I did the mime thing. You know… invisible wall, invisible rope and stuff. Dya kept waving her hands making that magic fingers gesture… if you know Austin Powers you would probably understand what I'm saying. Ewan kept saying "electric boobs" and I had to correct him everytime… that it was "electric boots". But he just doesn't care. Our favourite part was of course the "b-b-b-benny and the jetsssss" where we deliberately did the hissing louder than we intended to. I saw that some of the waiters were smiling and shaking their heads… perhaps muttering "freaks" under their breath. But whatever… we were just enjoying our youth. It's not everyday that you can act young and ridiculous...

Seriously, if you freaking listen to that song, you'll freaking understand why the three of us turned into a bunch of freaking idiots.
